Transport & Parking

We drove, there was dedicated disabled parking, next to the building, with space to move around safely. And a steward who directed us to the dedicated parking

Access

The signage was clear, There is a slight slope up from the car park to the entrance the centre was all on the ground floor I could clearly see everything I needed, plus there were people at every stage to help you. I was using a walking frame with a seat, as I have learnt that most places have removed seating during Covid. I was offered a seat at the reception area, plus instead of winding my way through the roped area for queuing, the ropes were moved so I could take the shortest, most direct route at all stages I was shown the closest booth for vaccination Then on leaving, a staff member check the in route, ensured it was clear and guided me back through the way I came in as it was a shorter route to the car park than the one way system. At the end two lovely volunteers, double checked if I needed the loo, they had just cleaned it down I didn't see alternative formats, but that doesn't mean they weren't there as the staff helped from the very start and right through the process.

Toilets

I can't say about the toilets as I didn't use them, however the volunteers were cleaning them down after every use

Staff

Fantastic, looked after me at every stage, kept me safe, made it as easy as possible, and recognised my limitations. Left feeling supported without being a bother or different.
