Overview

The hotel itself was fantastically wheelchair accessible. It was level access throughout with walk in pools. Doors were largely automatic and the hotel and grounds were very well setup for easy access.

Transport & Parking

Wheelchair accessible coaches are difficult to come by in Spain, so a costly accessible taxi is the only option here. Make sure you make reservations if booking as a package holiday as different providers have different policies on helping towards the cost of the taxi.

Access

Extremely accessible, though lips on showers may cause problems for some wheelchair users.

Toilets

Disabled access toilets on the ground floor in multiple locations.

Staff

Staff were very helpful and did all they could do help. Specific wheelchair access rooms were made available to us.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I used my own power chair which was transported via the plane. We had many problems with this but this was not a reflection on the hotel but the airline. My mother in law who is not wheelchair bound as I am rented a mobility scooter quite cheaply, and this allowed us to venture into town and explore.
