Overview
We regularly attend but unable to book online, a couple of years ago all of the disabled priority seats were booked online, which opens 12 hours before telephone booking, by non disabled customers, confirmed by booking office when I spoke to them. Previously these seats had NOT been available online. I expressed my disappointment at this after being a customer for at least the last 15 years, I suggested using a system similar to the Royal Opera House where you applied for access membership and had a separate membership number. This has not been taken up, but they now allow me to book via email prior to public booking opens which seems to work. However once at the venue the facilities are first class. Adequate disabled toilet facilities etc. Staff are very helpful.
