Disabled Travellers stop at M5 motorway services, both South and North side
Visit date:
This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid, Wheelchair, Powerchair, Mobility Scooter
Overview
A very pleasant stop while journeying on M5 both ways. The Food hall is well worth looking at, excellent quality produce on offer, but rather expensive, don’t get carried a way. Plenty of wheelchair spaces and moving around is quite easy, other than at very busy times. The food hall supports 130 local producers, all offering the very best, and good quality is sure, although expensive.
Transport & Parking
Both South and North sides have plenty of parking spaces, and disabled bays are quite near to main entrance.
Access
Easy to get around, just be careful, people are so concerned with what to do, they miss us at times, but it’s a nice experience to visit this service station.
Toilets
Quite big enough for all chairs, very clean and tidy, with grab rails
Staff
Helpful enough, willing to support us.
