Overview

The tour was very accessible, well thought out plenty of room to get around . Even in the older part of the distillery. We couldn’t get to one part of the tour but we had an other tour guide allocated to us who showed us this part on an iPad . And was able to answer any questions we had about any part of the tour. There were lifts to help get me to the various levels in the new building .The staff were very helpful, I wasn’t able to reach my whisky in the tasting session but our guide Gavin was on hand to pass everything to me. I was made to feel welcome, and nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff.
