Overview

A beautiful setting. Glass walls overlooking a garden and golf course. Hanging nut containers attracted many birds. A massive selection of whiskies is on display!

Transport & Parking

Parking on site. Best to access by car as rural setting means public transport will be infrequent.

Access

Two steps at front entrance negotiable by portable ramp but this is to be improved. A disabled bedroom is having ramped access directly into room from car park. There is room to navigate around the hotel by wheelchair.

Toilets

There is no accessible toilet at the moment however an accessible bedroom with ensuite wetroom (beautiful) was made available for wheelchair users and a portable frame was installed in the ladies toilet for the use of those who required it. This would have been rated 5stars if there had been a separate accessible toilet.

Staff

Friendly, helpful and polite.

Will definitely visit again by which time I hope accessibility has improved and an accessible toilet has been installed.
