Overview

I had bought tickets to see Europe before having issues with mobility, I contacted the booking office to see what could be done to help I was told that since I didn't buy from their booking office I would need to get a refund on my tickets and buy from.them before they could help. I phoned at a later date re wheel chair , told the the same. Tickets were for block M , good access with lifts till reaching balcony, had to walk over climb up 3 stairs and down to get to seats. Asked where toilets were , women only toilets on the level , disabled toilets reached by stairs or going way across the other side down in lift then all the way back across the building then.repeat back again. Now thankfully an usher help to get seats in stalls which was much better however, you still need to go down lift and get to otherside of building for disabled toilets. Very disappointing for a modern building and service from booking office poor, v poor Concert was excellent, sound was amazing but not good enough for access with limited mobility
