Overview
The overall access to the venue is very good, in that there are lifts to all levels and there are no steps if you follow the disabled signs. One criticism of the venue is that we went as a family and only my carer was able to sit with me. She was asked to sit behind me instead of beside me which is not entirely helpful if you need any assistance from your PA which is quite likely during a long performance.
Transport & Parking
There's only street parking or multistory car parking, which can be a problem if you have a large wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Access
Easily accessible into the main hall.
Toilets
This venue does have accessible toilets, but I didn't use them.
Staff
The member of staff on the disabled seating floor was a bit snippy with my PA when she pulled her seat forward to be beside me, but apologised afterwards when we were coming out.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
My criticisms did not spoil my enjoyment of the concert.
