Overview
Fantastically placed for visiting the Genting Arena (NEC) and the best vegan breakfast!!! (Not an access thing but a nice change!!) 😁
Transport & Parking
We drove and had pre-booked parking in the underground car park. There were about 5 disabled spaces but the car park was never full. Pre-booking is a must though!
Access
Large lift up to the reception which has a disabled toilet and is open enough to ensure easy access. The room itself was large and the bathroom was well planned with a wet room type shower. Wide corridors again made access very easy.
Toilets
One in the reception area - nice and clean.
Staff
From the staff we spoke to when booking access to all the staff we met during our visit very helpful and friendly.
