No access for wheelchair users

Overview
This is an ice cream parlour in the heart of Soho with a reputation for excellent ice cream. There is a big step at the entrance. There is no ramp available. I was not able to get inside - see my photos below.
Transport & Parking
There is a multi-storey car park in nearby Brewer Street. The nearest tube station with step-free access is Tottenham Court Road - check before you travel, because the lifts at this station are notoriously unreliable (despite being very new) and are often broken. Many bus routes serve nearby Shaftesbury Avenue and Charing Cross Road.
Access
Because of the big step at the entrance I was unable to get inside the premises. There was no ramp available.
Toilets
I don't know about the toilet arrangements because I was not able to get inside the premises.
Staff
The staff were friendly and regretted the lack of accessibility. This was no comfort.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This business is missing out on the money wheelchair users could be spending there simply because they don't want to buy a cheap, portable, aluminium ramp which could give easy access to the premises. This is a short-sighted false economy, and is not compliant with the Equality Act 2010.
