On Friday 10th March, between 10am and 1pm, visitors will be taken on an exclusive tour through the airport, from check-in desk to gate room. This will be followed by a drive around the airfield in a minibus and lunch provided by Gatwick. Please note that numbers are limited for the tour and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

Refreshments will be available for those in attendance as well as £5 Gatwick vouchers distributed for use within the Terminal.

It is also worth noting that this year’s Disabled Access Day weekend falls on one of the busy ‘ski weekends’ at Gatwick with a number of passengers likely to be travelling with large ski equipment throughout the Terminal. Attendees are welcome to bring their friends, family or carers.
