Access downstairs is fine but the lift needs updating. Is pretty shaky and frightening.

From the entrance, which is a large step free door, through shop on the right.

Very large toilet with room for two carers. Door is touch button operated. Red cord had been cut or snapped half way down the wall so would be unreachable.
