Overview
It's a flat surface, it's got 4 lifts and one lot of stairs. Every shop entrance is accessible. They also have lifts inside the shops. Accessible from the car park. Partly sheltered.
Transport & Parking
Accessible parking on ground level. Can get busy on the weekend.
Access
Great. All shops accessible. Shops with more than one floor has access to a lift. Lovely accessible restaraunts where you can sit outside on a nice day. Some may be a little crowded for wheelchair access.
Toilets
There are toilets by the car park by Debenhams, in Debenhams there are ample disabled loos. Or the cafes have toilets.
Staff
Staff that we have met in the area have been friendly.

There is a Cineworld and bowling which also have a lift. Also and escalator.
