Overview

Overall, I feel a rating of 3 stars is appropriate. Whilst the food was nice I felt the service could have been improved. For example, at times staff are unprofessional as they treat you as their 'friend' not a customer. I felt this interrupted the meal and the waiter did not always notice we were low on drinks etc.

Transport & Parking

The parking facilities available are very good considering how many venues it accommodates. Not only are there various restaurants but there is also a large cinema. The multi storey car park available alongside a designated car park is very useful but I feel that disabled parking bays could be better signposted.

Access

The restaurant is easily accessible as there are no steps. However, there is no additional space for wheelchairs and therefore during busy periods it can be difficult when everyone leaves at once. For this reason, I feel a wider doorway may be useful.

Toilets

There is a clear walkway to the toilet, however, this is not very wide and can make it difficult during busy periods. There are only two toilets available and these sometimes are not as clean as they could be.

Staff

Overall staff are friendly and have a positive attitude. However, they sometimes do not pay enough attention to detail and this has often resulted in waiting lone periods for drinks, the bill etc etc.
