the toilet here was locked by a Yale lock as well as the radar key but staff were lovely - 3 bus drivers helped my mother on to the bus because it wasn't low floor - they had got a low floor bus bus for the journey from Belfast - ring the call centre 2 days in advance (02890666630)(no need to ring if travelling by train)
