Overview
My first time at the FlyDSA Arena and it won't be my last as I was very impressed with wheelchair accessibility. We travelled from Scotland to see The 1975 and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen.
Transport & Parking
We booked disabled parking for £10 along with our gig ticket. This got us into the red car park which is right at the front of the arena. It is a very short walk from the disabled parking bays to the entrance - around 30 seconds. There was quite a lot of parking bays and they weren't all taken. Very handy and extremely easy so for £10 it is worth it.
Access
The entrance is accessible with level access. Once inside we took a lift up to the main arena/concourse. Our seatings were in section 103 which was amazing - excellent view of the stage. The accessible seating bays are raised higher so even when people in front are standing you still have a fantastic view. Loved it!
Toilets
Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check out the accessible toilet. The arena’s website provides information on the toilets and states they have a changing facility with a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench and a tracking hoist system located at Entry B.
Staff
There was some confusion with staff telling us the wrong information about disabled parking and trying to seat us in a completely different section to what was on our ticket and what we paid for, but it got sorted. The amazing access and incredible show by The 1975 more than made up for the confusion.

Hi Emma, This is a great review; I'm always on the lookout for new music venues to visit so thanks for this. It looks like you had a fantastic night! I went to see The 1975 in Glasgow at the SECC too; I thought they were brilliant!
