Ramps to get in all on the level doors are wide lifts within hotel , rooms are ok but could be improvements made in lay out, cannot easily get wheelchair on balcony easily

Toilets

Disabled toilets are very good

Staff

Cannot fault Maria in the restaurant she reserves tables so there are always some avail for disabled people

Spa does not have disabled changing in which a carer can assist the indoor pool has tiled steps outdoor pool has metal steps so not disabled accessible, I fed all this back last year, the showers in the in the room have a step up they are not wheel in for wheelchair this has been fed black and they are planning 3 rooms with wet rooms for next year, so if you cannot stand alone not one for you there is a stool but the chairs off the balcony are safer, I managed with assistance the grab rails are metal too not really upto UK standards considering this is a Thompson holidays hotel I was surprised
