Overview

Flamingo's Coffee House is on the ground floor of Central Arcade in Leeds city centre. The doors are propped open during opening hours, & the entrance is wide & level. All of the tables have moveable chairs & are a good height for wheelchair access. There is plenty of room to manoeuvre, especially for such a small unit. The counter is a little high for comfort, but usable.

Transport & Parking

The coffee house is very close to both the train & bus station, several bus stops, taxi ranks, & numerous disabled car parking spaces. The mall is flat, smooth, & wide, so it's pretty easy to get to.

Access

Toilets

I believe there was a disabled toilet at the back of the shop, but didn't need to use it so cannot provide further details. Accessible toilets including full changing places are definitely available in nearby shopping centres if necessary.

Staff

The staff are reasonably friendly & helpful.
