Super accessible and fab service

Overview
Not only is there level access, but there is a ground floor disabled toilet that has not only got good facilities (although not a Changing Places) but is very clean and nicely decorated. All seating areas are nicely spaced out and you can order from your table. It is however very echoey and noisy due to wooden floors, so not ideal if you have sensory issues.
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking is right opposite in the market square.
Access
No hearing loop. Entrance is very wide but need assistance as the door is glass and heavy. Level access at all parts of the premises.
Toilets
Not a Changing Places but large enough to get a Powered wheelchair in. It has a Changing table for babies and the hand drier and sink are actually at the right height for once! There is an emergency pull cord but it's on the wrong side and and not easily reachable if you fall.
Staff
Super friendly and very clear about allergies too. If you have an allergy you have to order at the bar so they can ask you more detail, which is really good.
