Overview
When this incinerator burned down (ironic!) the Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser gave it a fantasy make-over and turned into a tourist attraction. It's wacky and wonderful.
Transport & Parking
Can't comment on the parking. Spittelau U-bahn station (fully accessible) is next door. A short rode on U-bahn Line 4 from the centre of Vienna.
Access
No problems. The buikdingbis in front of you as you come out of thevU-bahn station and there are traffic-free paths with good surfaces and manageable slopes on both sides of the building. Access inside the building is not possible.
Toilets
There's a Euro Key toilet in the main concourse of Spittelau U-bahn station. You need a Euro Key to access is. It is a reasonable size and has grab rails and an alarm. The Euro-Key is the continental equivalent of a Radar Key and works in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. I will post a "review" of how to get one later.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
If you like off the wall architecture you'll love this. And its eco-friendly - the heat from the burning rubbish provides central heating for 60,000 apartments in this part of Vienna and the chimney has state of the art filters to remove greenhouse gases and dangerous minerals.
