Overview
We were on holiday in the area and stopped in this village for lunch and a wander round the area. On the day of our visit it was busy as there was a fell race which was one part of a main race. The cafe is situated not far from a car park and tourist information centre. The car park had two blue badge spaces both full on the day we visited .we parked on the main road . There were lower kerbs on various pavements. Access to the cafe was through the car park up a slight incline . The entrance to the cafe is all level with enough space for my scooter to access the inside .there is seating both inside and outside the. We sat inside staff were helpful and friendly. We all decided on various cakes all of which were homemade snd delicious . There was plenty of choice to suit all tastes of both hot and cold meals . We would visit again if in the area .
