Overview

The most import disabled part of this shop was the disabled changing room, which opened up to make the room larger. This made the changing rooms more accessible for people in larger wheelchairs. This shop also had a lift for access to upstairs.

Access

Although the entrance to the shop was large enough for a manual and electric powered wheelchair. There where too many clothing rail obstructions, which made it hard to maneuver an electric wheelchair around the store.

Staff

Although the staff where polite and willing to help. They struggled to understand me whilst I asked for help. They explained that they had recently revamped the store to make it more accessible however it was still a struggle to easily move around the store. It was rather comical as we left the store a lady (possibly the manager) came running over to us as we where about to leave the store to ask if we needed any help. To which we replied no thank you we are just leaving.
