Overview
I am very disappointed at the lack of disabled access to the sunset bar and restaurant and the soft play area as well. I totally understand that the fairground rides will not be accessible to everyone but there could be better access to the soft play area it has a huge step into the building that makes it impossible to get over in a wheelchair not to mention a mobility scooter. The only place accessible is the amusement arcade. There is a car park which charges for parking wether you have a blue badge or not there is on street parking which is free but it is on a hill so it may not be suitable for everyone as it is quite steep. I did not see any toilets there at the fun park there is another restaurant right next to the park which is part of the bowleaze cove which may have toilets.
Transport & Parking
There is 2 car parks which charge for parking there. But there is on street parking which is free but it’s on a very steep hill so that could pose a problem for some visitors.
Access
There are steps into the soft play area and leading up to the sunset bar and restaurant.
Toilets
I did not see any toilets at all.
Staff
Very friendly staff very pleasant and approachable.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would like to see a slope into the soft play area and also a slope or some way into the restaurant for disabled guests as they advertise themselves as a place for functions of any occasion but how can they when they are not disabled accessible?
