Good place, BUT

Overview
I absolutely LOVE this place and its employees, they really are the best of everything. At least, if you are into tabletop role playing games like I am, this is THE place to socialise. I absolutely love it. However, there are a few problems: 1: You need to be able to walk up some steps. There is a small staircase, only 7 or so steps, to get from street level in to the store but no disabled access 2: no disabled access to toilets, these are situated in the basement with only staircases up and down, no lifts and no other wheelchair/scooter access.
Transport & Parking
No disabled parking outside, there are some designated parking bays some 100 meters away, but you can't park bear the venue. This is a COUNCIL issue, though, not a problem with the store itself
Access
Not very good. Stairs from street level, 7 steps up to main floor of the store. No disabled access
Toilets
No access, all toilets in basement, with only staircase access and you also need to go through some sweaty teens. Although, I can't blame Fanboy for teens not understanding what soap and water is for
Staff
The BEST. Such a good bunch of people, doing what they do best, they are geeks just like me, they just have the opportunity to geek out even more. I am jealous ;)
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I am fortunate I am only on oxygen, my impairment doesn't disable me from going to my weekly social interaction, yet
