Overview
This was my first visit to any of the Everyman Cinema's, I had heard so much about them and I have to say - I was not disappointed! From the get go we given a warm welcome by the staff and kindly guided to the beautifully decorated waiting area as we had arrived a little bit early so our screen wasn't ready yet. We were politely informed that if we wished to order any food or drink we can have a look at the menu and another member of staff will be over shortly to take our order. Which I'm pleased to say was exactly the case. A few minutes after we decided what we were having, our orders were taken and paid for. When our cinema screen was ready, the same member of staff who took our food and drinks order let us know where to go. It was Screen 1 which was upstairs via either a small flight of steps or a lift. Once we reached our seats, our food and drinks were delivered to us promptly and everything was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our film and will be back very soon!
Transport & Parking
Cinema is on the top floor of the St. James Quarter which is a short distance from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station.
Access
Steps to one of the cinema screens but there was a lift available with adequate space. Plenty of seating available throughout the venue and the wide space was not obstructed meaning you can navigate with ease. Wheelchair spaces were available in the screen should you wish to remain in your wheelchair and not transfer.
Toilets
An accessible toilet was available however this was not well sign-posted.
Staff
Staff couldn't be nicer. Anything you asked was never a problem.
