Disability no go zone

Overview
No drop off point for cars. Car park closed. Ladies toilets overwhelmed so they were using disabled toilets. Main concourse is flat but all other areas are full of hazards. Of course you can get assistance but that is only because so much of this station is inaccessible to the disabled. Millions wasted on HS2 when the existing station is not fit for purpose. I am not disabled but many of my family are.
