Overview

Venue where you have to hunt clues, crack codes, and solve puzzles to escape the room. The escape room I was in with my friends had good access. Staff were really friendly and helpful, whilst the disabled toilet was large with plenty of room to manoeuvre. Really enjoyable experience so would definitely go back!

Transport & Parking

Access

The venue was well signposted with a ramp to the entrance, with level access at the front entrance and inside the building. There is a choice of five different escape rooms, with the escape room that my friends and I were attempting to escape from being really accessible. Throughout the venue there was plenty of room to manoeuvre, with staff prepared to make any adjustments required to accommodate access needs.

Toilets

The accessible toilet was easy to find with plenty of room to manoeuvre and space for a carer to assist. It was neat and tidy and with grab rails and sink that was easy for wheelchair users to use.

Staff

The member of staff who facilitated the visit was helpful, ensuring it was an enjoyable experience.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Being an enjoyable experience with good access I would certainly recommend it to other people and would certainly visit again. Of the five rooms you can choose to escape from most are fully accessible to wheelchair user except for one of the escape rooms.
