Overview

Access inside is good and the staff were super helpful. Only one room has level access (with a removable ramp) but everything in it was within reach while seated. The rooms, lockers, and path to the toilets are all in low light levels which may cause difficulties for some. There is an accessible toilets and it's fine. Overall had a great time and didn't feel left out or like I was having less fun!

To enter the venue you must go over about 50m of cobbled path but there is good smooth ramped access after that. The front door is heavy and I was unable to open it unassisted but the doors inside the venue were fine. Only one of the rooms has level access, but that room was very fun and easy to navigate for me. The second half of the room is more tricky to navigate and they place a temporary ramp which is quite narrow (but fit my chair which is 57cm at its widest). All puzzles were within reach with seated and nothing was heavy or required much grip strength. If you struggle with dexterity you may struggle as a lot of it involves unlocking padlocks. There was no seating in our room, cannot comment on the other rooms but they are all upstairs. The whole room and venue is dark, my vision is fine (other than needing distance glasses) but I often struggled to read things and the room had only 2 torches.

Toilets

There was room for me to turn with my bike power add on and the grab bar was secure. The emergency cord was wrapped around the grab bar but I untied it and placed a card so here's hoping it's down in future! There are no paper towels available and the hand dryer is very weak.

I called to ask about access and the staff were super helpful and well informed, they also offered for me to come and look around the venue in advance of booking to see if there would be any issues for me.
