Unexpectedly fab!

Overview
It was a wonderful experience I wasn't expecting! There is an experience on the I think it was the first level where there is a glass viewing windows where you can see down through the tower which I drove over in my power chair - with some encouragement! The views are spectacular. We went on a sunny day. There is a cafe on level 2
Transport & Parking
There were a few disabled spaces in the car park nearby and an easily accessible lift to take you up to ground level.
Access
Lift to take you up to levels 2 & 3. Wheelchairs can't go up to the top level as there are steps
Toilets
I cant remember if there were any
