Can't say heights are my thing - but the access was superb!

Overview
Everything was easy access-wise - from entering the terminal to getting off at the other end. It was inexpensive and the staff were fantastic.
Transport & Parking
We started our ride - and hence this review is written from that point of view - from N Greenwich and went over to Emirates Royal Docks. Due to the location, you need to take public transport. I know that North Greenwich tube is nearby (it's very near the O2).. We arrived by river and it was a leisurely two to three minute stroll/push from North Greenwich pier. Easy level route which was very well signposted. Over the other side of the river, we walked a short distance to Royal Victoria tube, which is on the DLR. It was all quite easy and well signed.
Access
Access to the building was easy, alongside the ticket booths. There was a lift inside. All easy to find. The floors were smooth and there was space to manoeuvre my wheelchair. A staff member prepared a cabin for us - flipped the seating out of the way on one side, slowed it down to a virtual standstill then wheeled me on. You reverse in then come out forwards. There was room for hubbie (I suspect there might have been room for others as well, but they gave us the cabin to ourselves).
Toilets
No toilets at the terminal buildings which is a shame.
Staff
First rate especially the kind young man who wheeled me on board. Very reassuring.
