Overview
I am just writing this review because I wasn’t sure how wheelchair accessible this place was so thought this will help others. I found the staff very accommodating the rooms were easy to access and large enough to move around. There was one problem with the game we chose (temple of coins) which was great at the beginning but then they added ghost which was too fast for my power chair since It’s got set speed settings and when I reverse in a powerchair it goes too slow for the ghosts, I didn’t want to increase the speed in the powerchair as you need to be careful and too fast you were more likely to bump into things in the game and lose points However if you were a manual wheelchair user I think it will be perfectly fine as you can control how fast and slow you go a bit easier. It was still lots of fun even though I didn’t even have a chance at winning and we had a laugh. There are several games to choose from so some of them might be better in a powerchair then others Update: been there again and played the Shaun the sheep game which is much more accessible for my power chair so recommend that you play Shaun the sheep
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking bays fairly nearby but still a little bit of a ‘walk’ into Manchester arndale
Access
As I said in the summary if you are in a powerchair you not got much chance of getting a high score with the temple of coins game but can still be really fun but if you are a manual wheelchair user you will find it much easier to get a decent score I imagine. Update: I played Shaun the sheep game instead and I really enjoyed it as was much more accessible
Toilets
The toilet in the arndale use a radar key and I forgot mine so was a bit stuck 😂 but luckily some helpful strangers came to the rescue
Staff
The staff were super accommodating, friendly and helpful and just want you to have fun
