Poor provisions at time of experience

Overview
The staff try their best but I did not feel particularly comfortable visiting this venue. Although the platform has a fair view of the stage and is step-free, access to the toilets or main floor (eg for bar or merch) was rendered extremely difficult due to poor layout (wheelchair users must leave the venue and enter again through another door to use bathrooms). The platform was not wholly suitable for two wheelchairs (one powerchair and wheelchair at the time) and fitting both in was a challenge.
Transport & Parking
We found a rare parking space behind the venue (near the disabled platform entrance) however the venue is very near Camden Station and various bus services serve the area.
Access
The disabled platform is accessed via the rear - my partner had to run to the front of the venue to ask the doormen (as instructed) and then come back to the rear to grab me and take me through a rear entrance. There appear to be two platforms available but one was in use at the time. It was completely step free. It could fit two wheelchairs at a push but it was uncomfortable. We have to carefully manoeuvre to find a way to fit my chair behind another guest's and the wheels were near touching at an awkward angle. Disabled toilets are only accessible by leaving the venue again and going through another doorway. This was rendered extremely difficult given the challenge we had ensuring two wheelchairs suitably fitted on the platform to begin with, and I ended up using my cane to access the toilets via the steps from the platform.
Toilets
Toilets were out of service (we were not told before) but since the only other toilets were up a narrow staircase I did not have any choice but to use. Disabled toilet is at opposite end of access platform - if you are in a wheelchair you must leave the venue and travel all the way around it to enter the venue near the toilets, and then return. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and needed to traverse the crowd down a small flight of steps in order to get to the disabled toilet, in order to avoid leaving the venue, finding another door and accessing the unusable toilet!
