Access

Level access from the street, very small lip which was fine for my scooter. I phoned in advance and the staff were super helpful. We were seated in a booth with ample space to park my scooter alongside. There would be room if you needed to remain on your scooter or wheelchair. There is a full disabled toilet located in the basement. This is accessed via a lift. Everything was in full working order. The loo was very spacious, plenty of grabrails. No alarm pullcord that I noticed.

Toilets

Very good. Loads of room, I easily got my scooter in and could turn it around comfortably. Accessed via a lift.

Staff

Extremely helpful, can't fault them.

Very positive experience.El Gato is keen to accommodate disabled diners and will do all they can to assist you. I would call in advance and tell them your exact requirements.
