Overview

The EE Store is located on Graham St this is pedestrian area there is a ramp at the front door of the store that lead to double doors. As you enter the store it is very open with phones etc. displayed along the walls on both sides of the store. There is also a counter about the middle of the store for enquires. Beyond that there are 3 area set out with desks and chairs for people who are buying a phone or looking for advice. The chairs are standard chairs with out arms they can be moved out the road for wheelchair users if required.

Transport & Parking

There is no parking in this area the nearest parking would be in the Hallgraig St Car park this is the street that runs parallel with Graham St and can be accessed using one the side streets . The nearest is at the side of Boots however this is a one way street and is always busy.

Access

The access is general good as there was no obstacles in the road around the door or through out the store its self. The ramp from the pavement in is the type with the raised areas that you find at street lights etc. People who are self propelling them self might need help on the ramp area

Toilets

The nearest toilet is at the Car park in Hallgraig Street and is near to the traffic lights on this part of the road. The toilet is for use by anyone as there is only one unit it can be opened using a Radar Key. The unit is also one of the automatic self clean types and takes a few minutes to be ready after someone has used it.

Staff

The Staff in the store were very helpful and will do there best to help people. All of the staff spoke while in the store
