Overview
Sorry to say that the vehicle restriction has resulted in this score being a 3 rather than a 4.5
Transport & Parking
I didn't use the car park as I was travelling in from Glasgow
Access
Vehicle restrictions now mean that the business account I have for taxi's at the station can no longer pick up from inside the station. This means I have to take another 2 lifts to get out to the market street exit and wait in the elements for my taxi (not ideal when heading through for meetings).
Toilets
The toilets are operated by Radar key which can I find quite frustrating at the best of time but having to wait for a staff member to open/close the entrance gate adds to that frustration.
Staff
Staff are as helpful as they can be and always willing to give directions etc.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I don't quite understand why but it seems there are some taxi cabs that are allowed access into the station so if travelling by taxi check beforehand that the company you are booking with are allowed access.

Used to be that if you had passenger assistance call you a taxi they could arrange for it to come inside. This has now been revoked and all taxis must pick up outside the station, either at Market Street or Calton Road. The only one still allowed into the concourse is Handicabs. :(
