Overview
For a gardens built on some pretty uneven ground the access was good.
Transport & Parking
Parking near to the Square is difficult as there aren't many spaces.
Access
Approaching the entrance to the Gardens there are loads of cobbles. The trick as a wheelchair user is to stick to the pavement on the building side until you get opposite the entrance - that way you avoid the cobbles. The gardens have a rather uneven layout but the whole area has been covered with artificial grass. There are several theatres and places to sit, grab a coffee, eat and just relax in the gardens.
Toilets
Great to see an accessible loo has been included in the toilet provision. Just follow the signs for the toilets and the accessible loo is tucked around the corner.
