During Relaxed Opening hours, the following changes will be made:

• Reduced visitor numbers throughout the day.
• Alterations to lighting and audio features.
• Additional accessibility resources available, including sensory bags, social stories and sensory maps.
• Disability and neurodiversity awareness training for staff.
• Subtitles, written transcripts and braille transcripts available.
• Flexible admission to our tour and Planetarium.
• Designated quiet space for visitors to use.
• Tailored workshops and Planetarium shows for school and community groups.

All areas of our building are wheelchair accessible and our experienced staff team will assist you whenever you need it.
