Overview
We visited this restaurant whilst on holiday, on the recommendation of at least two or three different people. We had a lovely meal, with no access issues at all and would also recommend it, especially if you enjoy seafood. We really couldn't fault Dylan's at all, though parking big vehicles in Menai Bridge was a tad tricky.
Transport & Parking
Ah, okay, this is the only downside... There is one blue badge space just outside and plenty more in the small town but the restaurant doesn't have a car park. We travelled by motorhome and really struggled to find anywhere suitable to park it in Menai Bridge. We eventually used Maes Parcio Waun and took two spaces. It said blue badge holders were free so we hoped for the best and fortunately didn't get a ticket.
Access
The main entrance is to the left of the patio area. It is a long gentle ramp up with good lighting. The doors at the top are nice and wide, though not automatic. Inside is really spacious and they gave us a choice of where we wanted to be seated. They were considerate of my needs as a wheelchair user and my assistance dog. Getting around was so easy. Nice smooth floors and no obstacles.
Toilets
For me this was a good example of less is more. The toilet was nice and big and apart from one bin, the room was empty of clutter, leaving space to sort myself out. The hand dryer worked well, though it always baffles me why they put it on the opposite side to the sink.
Staff
All staff were so friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The waitress had a lovely gentle sense of humour and made the evening really special.
