Overview
I got to splash world with my son who has severe epileptic fits and cerebral palsy down one side of his body and his 2 siblings and my husband. We were told we would only have one and half hours and I was shocked that there was no concessions for disabled people. The whirl pool was not on the whole time we were there and when I complained I was told it had been on and basically called a liar. My son had a bad fit and went under the water for seconds and banged his face on the floor. It was only shallow play water up to your ankles but enough to drown in if you fell face first like my son did. I grabbed his head up out of the water and he was struggling to breath when he came out of the fit and not one life guard or staff member came to help or see if he was ok. I had to bang him on the back and tip him forward to get the water out. I would not go again it's over priced for what it is and the staff are just kids that haven't got a clue and the Manager was just rude and not helpful or excepting of the complaint.
Transport & Parking
Very good disabled parking but not many places so if it was busy you may struggle to get close enough.
Access
It was all ground floor but the space between the lockers were not very big.
Toilets
Good disabled toilets and changing table and shower.
Staff
I can't even rate them as they were so awful not at all as helpful.
