Overview
The railway station is much improved with the new building. A modern entrance and ticket hallway welcome you to the station. To get to the platforms you go down in a glass style lift to the platforms.
Transport & Parking
The station is well located for access to all the new waterfront development and the V&A Dundee, as well as Discovery Point. It's a short walk into the heart of the city from the station and took us less than ten minutes.
Access
With a lift from the booking hall it was easy to get down on to the platforms. Passenger Assistance at Dundee was good and reliable.
Toilets
The station has an accessible toilet down at platform level. Fairly standard for a station disabled loo but clean, spacious and well appointed.
Staff
Friendly and helpful, as always for Dundee.
