Staff brilliant, reception ladies in particular were most helpful Offers to help push my wheelchair, but respect at same time for my independence, when I did not wish assistance I had attended on my own and was frequently checked that I was ok, and that I was able to get home ok
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Overall was a positive experience, if unexpected to our brand new flagship hospital vast improvement on previous facilities and frankly many other health care facilities, where furniture has to be moved to accommodate you, and going to the toilet is a nightmare! Access is brilliant, down to intense gritting of icy areas on a frosty night Wishing the staff all the best in their new abode
