Overview
The Frame is Dubai's latest attraction, located in Zabeil park near the centre, the design has been a number of years in its creation intended to be a visual frame for Dubai's world class design and history. It is free to the disabled peoplple and the retired. The frame measures 150 metres high and 93 metres wide. ◆ The two towers are connected by a 100-square-metre bridge, which has a 25-square-metre glass panel in the middle offering a great 360 degree view. ◆ It was designed by award-winning architect Fernando Donis, who also designed Dubai’s Porsche Design Towers, and the Dubai Renaissance Tower. ◆ Exterior design of Dubai Frame was inspired from the logo of Expo 2020. ◆ There is a museum on the ground floor that will showcase Dubai’s transformation from fishing village to metropolis. ◆ It is predicted the frame will become a major tourist destination in the city, like the Burj Khalifa and the Burj Al Arab. ◆ The project is worth Dhs160 million.

Access
Access to the top is via lifts in the towers and you can cross the bridge at the top, there are disabled toilets on the ground floor and you can buy refreshments it's a great experience but Dubai in General is fine for access not sure about induction loops as I don't use them Lots of ramps and there are lifts inside Parks are free if you're disabled and they're kept pristine imagine flower beds everywhere you got it The beach is also great as they have wooden running boards and soft surfaces for runners that's fine for wheelchairs
Toilets
Clean spacious toilets grab rails can’t recall if there were alarm cords
Staff
Dubai is very accessible dropped kerbs and the staff are always ready to help you
