Overview

Staff were friendly and helpful. Still a somewhat disorganised event from the off but all good natured. Friends and their car were able to camp beside me in the disabled campsite which was fantastic. Toilets could definitely have been better planned and deteriorated completely as the weekend went on.

Transport & Parking

Disabled camping area next to the main gate, doesn't get better than thst, car parked there and tent pitched beside it and carful of friends and their car beside me.

Access

As good as it could be for a field and nice and easy to find. A bit of a traipse to the stages from the camp site, as the ground was very undulating with clumps of plants/earth in places, but worth the effort.

Toilets

Free for all for toilets, including accessible ones, throughout. There were a couple of WCs in disabled campsite but were flooded and filthy by the Sat. Bought luxury loo pass for urgency but by the Sat it was not being policed and the queue was longer than the ordinary toilets. One accessible WC in the disabled campsite needed a risk assessment. Sad as DtRH toilets have always been better than other places.

Staff

Would have rated staff 5 but the ones at the loos did not police them. Such a shame as every staff we spoke to was lovely.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I would like to recommend DtRH more highly as it's always been fun but they do get their toilet situation sorted out better. We left early because of it as it was actually too much of a risk to use some toilets and queues were so long when there was urgent need.
