Overview

We booked a three night stay. Before booking I contacted the hotel to check on the room specifications for the accessible bedroom. I have to say the room was excellent. It fully meet my needs . The room was on the ground floor and Was a small suite with two bathrooms . One a normal bathroom, the other a wet room. Complete. With raised. Toilet, grab rails and shower seat. The lounge area had desk, and sofa. The tv was in a unit in the middle of the room separating the lounge from the bedroom area. The tv itself swivels. There was so much space to get about in my wheelchair or use my crutches . The staff were helpful, we would certainly stay there again .

Transport & Parking

Plenty of blue badge parking spaces. With slopes up to the pavement from the car park

Access

Again access was great lower reception desk , helpful staff. Everything on one level no lifts to negotiate

Toilets

They did have accessible toilets but as we were settled staying at the hotel these were not used.

Staff

Staff were very helpful checking if we required help and asking about an evacuation plan in case of a fire. We would certainly stay here again
