Overview
There is level access to Dorking Halls main auditorium and lifts to a cinema upstairs. So a wheelchair user can get around perfectly fine. The seating detracts from the experience as the view is not great, you are either in the centre of the hall far from the stage or at the back of the cinema . The staff are fabulously helpful, friendly, approachable. They are by far Dorking Halls's best asset.
Transport & Parking
There is a spacious car park at the back of the leisure centre next door. I've never had any issues parking there.
Access
The access is perfectly fine. Your choice of seating is slightly restricted but there is nothing that would dissuade me from going there.
Toilets
There is a good accessible toilet; spacious, with enough time to get around . I cannot remember whether there is a hoist or not. There is only one accessible toilet so it can frustrating when it is busy.
Staff
I cannot fault the staff. I enjoy going in there to catch up with them. So friendly.
