Overview
I had a lovely time at the Donmar, it is definitely one of the more accessible theatres in the west end. On this particular day, I attended the theatre using my walking stick.
Transport & Parking
Disabled Parking around Covent Garden is pretty tricky in general, although there are a couple of options. There are some spaces right outside the theatre that disabled badge holders can use for unlimited time on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, and outside of the restricted hours Mon-Sat (can't remember what the hours are sorry!) The theatre is a two minute walk from Covent Garden tube station, and around 5/6 minutes from both Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square. Both Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road stations can be accessed step-free.
Access
The street outside the theatre is quite narrow, and people are often rather inconsiderate with leaving the hire bikes (lime etc) across the pavement. The theatre itself has step free access into the foyer and box office, via a slight ramp (incline to enter, decline to exit). There is both step and lift access to the stalls and circle. Entrance to the stalls is also a slight ramp, decline to enter and incline to exit. The auditorium can be reconfigured so the exact seating access may be different for each production. However when I went, the auditorium was in thrust, with the third row on all sides having complete step free access, and the aisle seats being removable for anyone not wishing to transfer. There were four rows in total that go along three sides of the theatre, with the stage on the fourth side. Row C was step free, with the other rows being one step up, and one, or two, steps down. There was lots of signage stating the trigger/content warnings for the show.

Staff were lovely, and more than happy to help where they could.
