Overview

You access the ship via a ramp, overall a very enjoyable experience but no disabled loo on the cruise.

Transport & Parking

We traveled to the dolphin spirt via a car. There maybe was a disabled car parking space but we couldn't see as most car parking spaces were full.

Access

From the minute you leave the car, there were very little obstacles. It was a well-maintained path to the reception and to the boat. There was then a wide ramp onto the cruise if you are a wheelchair user. If you have any mobility issues at all then you would need to stay on the first floor as you can only get to the top floor via a flight of stairs.

Toilets

There was a disabled toilet at the reception but not on the cruise.

Staff

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Basically bending over backward to help you enjoy your day out as much as any able-bodied person.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area, apart from not seeing any dolphins I had a fantastic time and would definitely go again.
