Overview
Visited to try out my new power chair . Huge Park, well kept grounds with various activities for kids , an accessible café on site, and a pub and accessible restaurant beside the park. All of the Park is on the level, and easy to manoeuvre around. Some of the facilities eg. the toilets, mini golf , bowling green and trampolines close at 5pm
Transport & Parking
Large carpark with several dedicated accessible spaces. There is a public bus stop nearby.
Access
Good signage , level access right around the park, plenty of seating around the park for a rest. Plenty of maps located around the park with information on various landmarks
Toilets
Accessible toilets on site accessed by a long ramp. These were closed when I visited, therefore not assessed. These are located quite a distance from the carpark, which may pose difficulties for those with restricted mobility
