Overview

Excellent space for the disabled to manoeuvre around the aisles. The restaurant is always busy and that can be a slight problem at times but nothing that cannot be solved. Disabled toilets are fabulous with plenty of room and everything at the right height. It is a pleasure to walk around and the outdoor space is terrific for wheelchair etc.

Transport & Parking

Parking is sometimes a problem and more disabled bays would definitely be beneficial.

Access

Store has flat surfaces in all areas so that is great for getting about.

Toilets

Absolutely perfect at the restaurant part but a lot of people don't know there is another one at the opposite side of the store - it could maybe be signposted somewhere the front entrance or at checkouts.

Staff

All the staff are terrific and nothing is ever a problem but sometimes you can't find one when required. Don't thnk you could really do anything to change this as it really depends at what time you visit.
