I love this Dobbies! The tea was lovely, the staff are so friendly, there is such a great range of plants, a large toilet, big garden cafe that looks great

Large car park with disabled parking near the door, nearby bus stop

Access

Large automatic doors to get in, well set out so I can get through all isles including plant area. The cafe is big and staff are helpful, offering to help with my tray etc when my carer was at the toilet! I like to sit in the window but if it’s busy then many people would need to move which is not ideal as the tables are so close together. I found this by going in when it was quiet then it got busy and I was kind of stuck!

Toilets

Toilet is large, easy to get in and out, room to turn. It has grab rails and a red cord. It was clean and tidy

Staff

Staff are very friendly and helpful here. Have good knowledge of allergen-free foods
